- Apply for NDCAS one year prior to when you plan to matriculate.
- Many naturopathic schools have a rolling admissions and several start dates throughout the year, it is important to be aware of individual program deadlines.

Letters of recommendation (LOR)
Identify people who know you well and can firmly comment on your ability as a medical student and future physician. Naturopathic programs may favor having at least 1 letter of recommendation from a practicing ND. You may submit a minimum of 3 letters, but no more than 5 to NDCAS.
